Fine dining in Laval?

I have to organize a business lunch with some clients for xmas and need a more upscale, business appropriate restaurant in the Laval area. Price is not an issue, neither is type of cuisine. Any ideas?

We all have different definitions of fine dining.

Le Mitoyen is what i qualify as fine dining. It's a chef run small restaurant. The price tag is hefty but worth it! Here is a chowhound thread about it:

If your definition is a bit more generic, and just want to impress your guests you should go to the Centropolis area. There are many restaurants with beautiful decor and good food. Some are moretrendy then tasty but there are still some good meals to be had there.

The Sterling would be good for a business lunch, their steakhouse menu should please everyone.

I heard many people that like Sukho Thai, again in the Centropolis area. Some people consider it fine dining... but it's not at the level of Mitoyen or say... DNA. Then again i haven't been to this restaurant. It is certainly trendy though, as are all Centropolis restaurants.
