New Year's Eve in Denver

My husband and I will be in Denver for New Years Eve, staying at a hotel at the airport. We're not big drinkers or partiers, but we would like to do something to celebrate without staying in the hotel all night. We love exploring new restaurants. Any suggestions for what we shouldn't miss in Denver or any events that might be of interest to us that night? Thanks!

Beatrice & Woodsley is doing a special New Year's Eve dinner that sounds lovely. I can't link to a specific post per the mods but check my blog below and you'll see details.

    It's a stunning place.

If you're not necessarily looking for a prix fixe, do searches on the board for downtown Denver to see some CH faves—Rioja, Euclid Hall, TAG, Colt & Gray, etc. etc.

Do keep in mind the airport is not that close to downtown, nor is there public transport. You'll need a cab...
