Coffeehouse or Diner in Plymouth Mtg.??

Any suggestions for a breakfast, sit-down bakery, or diner-type place for an informal morning (10 AM) meeting in Plymouth Meeting (or very nearby)? We're trying to avoid the chain/fast-food places. Thanks!

don't know if this is close enough, but there's a diner - fairlane diner, maybe? - on bethelehem rd in erdenheim. havne't eaten there, friends like it.

Andy's Diner in Conshohocken. it's at the intersection of Ridge and Chemical Road, it used to be a Lone Star, then a rib joint. The place is huge, they have a great menu and the prices are reasonable. :)
