So far we are planning to get the Del Re and the Margarita with mozzarella di bufula, think we should get one more pie or do you think that could be enough? This is after a pretty heavy day of NY eating but not a crazy amount.

I just tried the calzone and found it to be majorly unbalanced. The salami they use is very salty, and they put a ton of it inside the calzone, but it's mostly in the center. This makes the edges of the calzone mostly ricotta/mozzarella cheese (really creamy and heavy) while the middle is meat heavy and borderline too salty (and I love salty food). When you get a bite of some cheese and some salami, it's great. But there were far too many bites of only meat or only cheese. I think I drank nearly the entire carafe of water by myself while eating this!

I love the regular Margherita, and the partner/pizzaiolo Roberto told us it's his favorite! The Del Re is richer/heavier, but I'd recommend a third pie over appetizers/desserts. Eat up - Keste is my favorite Neapolitan pizzeria in the city!
