Good Queso Recipe?
This isn't restaurant-related, but I figure that of all people, you can appreciate how sad life is without good queso.
Does anyone have a great queso recipe they could share? I'm specifically looking for something that's NON-VELVEETA, or at least not 100% Velveeta. Please don't take away my Texas citenzship for this, but looking for something a little less plastic, and a little more natural.
I've tried Homesick Texan's recipe, but it didn't turn out very well.
