Where to find real canned San Marzano tomatoes in North County?

I have found some at Ralph's, but they are $6.50 a can. Does anyone know where I can find these more reasonably priced?

Tip top meats in Carlsbad just started carrying them. I believe they are 4 a can.

Jimbo's had them but I haven't checked for a while and don't recall the price.

To be real San Marzano tomatoes they need to carry the DOP 'Denominazione d'Origine Protetta' .

Yup. These were the ones that were $6.50. I guess I need to make a trip down to Mona Lisa's.

In north county, I have no idea. However, Mona Lisa does have San Marzano tomatoes for around $4 a can.

They have them at Albertson's in Mira Mesa, last purchase was 2 for $5 with Albs card, bought 10. They also carry these a Johnathon's ($4.99). $6.50 is very high, do you recall what brand?

I don't recall the brand, but they did carry the seal from the Italian government. (just because they say San Marzano on the can doesn't mean they are real San Marzano tomatoes)

I was hoping to avoid a trip down there but that is probably my best bet. I need 00 flour anyway.
