  1. Hiya, here's last year's "turducken" thread as a starting point. Good luck!

so the answer is still no.... have to have it shipped in frozen. Oh well, I might have some luck enticing local butcher to try his hand at preparing one.... Thanks!!

Can you not make your own? it takes a boning knife, the three birds, andouille and sausage meat, and there are several recipes on the web.

Although, this being Montreal, you should consider stuffing the chicken with a fois-gras stuffed quail. Or just fois gras.

Or being Montreal, a portuguese grilled quail stuffed in a Chalet BBQ chicken (not Laurier 'cause Ramsay is ruining it, not Cote-St. Luc 'cause Chalet is better) stuffed in a Schwartz smoked turkey, all stuffed with poutine. Served with Dunns smoked meat egg rolls on the side and a dessert from an old 1970s Hockey Night in Canada commercial from Kraft.

BRILLIANT (the forcemeat-stuffed quails from SOS Boucher in Atwater Market might also be a contender in this epic confection)
