Smoked salmon for Christmas

We want to send about 20 smoked salmon orders out for Christmas gifts. Any suggestions as to who to order from? We have used Totem Smokehouse in Seattle, but it seems that they are no longer open. Thank you so much for the help.

Consider these folks: Elwha Fish Co. http://olympiccoastseafoods.com/index... They are reputable, good folks and their fish is caught by their own tribe (and probably neighboring tribes) and is local (Port Angeles, WA) and wild.

in NYC Zabar's and Russ and Daughters both ship excellent Nova Lox among other cured and smoked fish.

Ducktrap Farms in Maine makes very good smoke roasted (West coast style ) salmon, available in smaller packages and in full sides. I used to buy it regularly here in Albany but the local Hannaford no longer stocks it.
