Wedding for 100-150 in brooklyn

Have seen quite a few recommendations on these boards, but wanted to see if there was anything new that people had seen. Planning the wedding for September 2011. Looking for a place with food, and a place to dance. Already considering Bubby's.

    I'd definitely look at Bubbys, especially for the size of your party. Steiner Studios in the Brooklyn Navy Yard; check out the Abigail Kirsch website. More elegant but very professional service, good food, and you can definitely dance!

      You could also try the Montauk Club in Park Slope...

        Had mine at BAM on the second floor BAM Cafe. In-house caterer is Great Performances

          I went to a wedding at Bubby's a few months ago, we had a great time and the food was very good.

          I got married in Prospect Park at the Boathouse - you have to use an outside caterer, they have a small list of approved ones. We used Moveable Feast and loved them - this was five years ago but we still recommend them to people, the food was fantastic and they were total pros.
