Recommendations for Thai, Burmese, or Malay catering?

We're holding an engagement reception for ~200 people in March, and we've decided to go with Thai, Burmese, or Malaysian cuisine, buffet-style. Can anyone recommend a good caterer that can handle this number of people and cuisine?
