Hi,

I just moved to Toronto. I would like to know where to buy demi-glace. I checked Saint-Lawrence Market but couldn't find some. Any help much appreciated! :-)

Thanks.

Usually White house meats in the SLM has it. If that fails, Cumbrae's always has it.

        Try Williams-Sonoma on Bloor.

Saucier foods makes a demi-glace that is sold in 500ml bottles. The website is www.saucierfoods.com but it appears to be down right now.
