local cookbooks

im looking for local cook books from the nepa region , wilkes barre , scranton, anybody have any ideas , please post

    The public library in Old Forge has a great collection of local cookbooks. I'm hoping to check out the library in Wilkes-Barre soon for the same reason.

    I believe that this is one of America's most unsung gastronomic destinations and any effort to save the area's foodways is worthwhile.

      Not the best help, but I would check with local churchs in those areas. Western PA churches are notorious for local cookbooks.
