Like Spain?
Not a chance. Their churros are totally different than what you would find here.
Churros here usually are coated with sugar and cinnamon and the chocolate is more like "cocoa" but Mexican style.
IMO the best would be Mexican Style Churros with Spanish Style Chocolate.
I've never seen Spanish churros anywhere here in the states. total bummer.

re: DougOLis
I've only had churros served with chocolate at two places in San Diego.
1. One of the restaurants at Legoland. Large, nearly cold, very greasy industrial extrusions with the cinnamon sugar, not even my 4 year old chocoholic daughter liked the chocolate sauce, let alone the churros. I think they were the first churros ever that I haven't finished, and we left a lot. These were worse than the typical industrial churros, I think something went horribly wrong in their preparation.
2. El Take It Easy: Small, thin, just-made and slightly fragile, with very good, thick dipping sauce on the side. My chocoholic 4 year old daughter consumed all the rest of the chocolate sauce when the churros were gone.
