re: enyc1071
Nooooooo, not Aunt Bella's!!. The place has been there forever, and has not been good in almost as long. From the smelly moldy carpet to the blast of cold air with every opening of the door, avoid this place. Oh yeah, food is not very good. For upscale in the area I like Conti's and Oveo. Vespa is also good and a little less expensive. La Baraka is still very good for old school French. Of course the best lunch in the area is a burger at Peter Luger.

Northern Manor has solid Chinese food. Or you could drive across the border and hit Peter Luger :)

I was just going to say it's an epic ghost town, but you can easily get to Floral Park for Indian via Little Neck Parkway...
There's a rather expensive Turkish place on Northern by Northern and LNP, a mediocre El Salvadoran place near the Queen's County Saving's Bank on the same stretch and a few Korean places look good.
