looking for the best option and have read this board about so many great restaurants in the boston area, any feedback regarding the following restaurants for NYE Dinner would be great:
1. Clio
2. Menton
3. Mistral
4. Cragie On Main
5. L'Espliar
6. Troquet
and any other suggestions would be great...Looking for reviews of these places from people who have been there for NYE..Thanks

I have been doing some research on this subject but have not decided which direction I am going. I think it all depends on your budget and if you don't mind paying up for this "Special Night". This is what I have found:
1. Clio: Prix Fixe only, 5 course $125, 7 course $175.
2. Menton: Prix Fixe only, 8 course $375!!!
3. Mistral: Did not Check
4. Cragie On Main: Prix Fixe only, 5 course $125, 6 course $160.
5. L'Espliar:Prix Fixe only, 7 course $195.
6. Troquet: A la Carte (entrees $35-40) or Chef's Tasting (5 course $95)
7. #9: Prix Fixe only, 4course $145, 6 course $175, 10 course $210.

Hey, East Coast Grill is having another Hell Night on NYE. Might still be able to get a reservation. Actually its a Hell and Heaven night.
That way New Years Day could be exciting (or exiting) as well!!
