I have half a container of mascarpone cheese in the fridge and a package of pumpkin gnocchi. The two seem like they should come together somehow, but I'm not a very creative cook. Any ideas?
While mascarpone is wonderful, I'd go with a brown butter sauce with some sage. If you are hell bent on combining the two, what about a mascarpone pesto....use sage or rosemary for the pesto instead of basil
