Lost Lettuce Wraps Recipe - Help?

So I lost my favorite chicken lettuce wraps recipe a while back and have searched high and low for it online. I was sure that it was from Cooking Light, but it doesn't turn up in their archives. Subsequent google searches haven't produced it either. This is what I remember: it had julienned carrots and snowpeas, mushrooms, green onions, and chopped peanuts. Do these ingredients fit a recipe that you know of? If it's helpful, I also know it did NOT have water chestnuts, bean sprouts, or noodles (as these seem to be common in recipes online). Any direction would be much appreciated!

Here is a link to the one I use. I've made these a number of times and they are great.

I actually used PF Changs "Special Sauce" recipe with my lettuce wraps. It took it over the TOP! Thanks for the tip.

Thank you for the suggestions FoodChic. The Mushroom Lettuce Wraps looks the most similar, maybe I can tinker with the ingredients a bit. Man, it's a bummer when you lose a beloved recipe!! I guess I made these things at one too many parties - I can't remember where I would have left it!
