No it has NOT CLOSED! I dined here on April 3, 2011. This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in New York and should not be missed. They close on Wednesdays, but are open the other six days of the week.
Don't miss their enormous Oysters, served in Black Bean sauce, their Salt and Pepper Shrimp (a dish not often found in other Vietnamese establishments, their grilled pork chops, wonderful Chinese vegetables with salted fish and of course the exquisite Pho (classic Vietnamese soup) and Spring Rolls.
