Best Cheese Selection in Chicago

Hey Everyone,

I am looking for a restaurant with a great cheese selection. Preferably in the city (not the suburbs) and price isn't an issue. Any thoughts?

    Eno at the Intercontinental isn't bad either. It's a wine / cheese bar.

        As in fine(r)-dining restaurant or a place like Pastoral which is a cheese shop that you can eat in?
