Cemitas in Central Florida?

I was looking at a web site and saw what looks like an awesome Mexican sandwich. It's called a Cemita and a search of Chowhound keeps taking me to the Los Angeles board. The sandwich ( meat, cheese, avocado, chipotles and cilantro) comes on a seeded roll that appears to be specially made for the sandwich. Is there a Mexican bakery which sells them or a restaurant that serves them in Central Florida?
