Bourdain/Ruhlman recipe for country pate

Hi,

Does anyone have the recipe for country pate that Anthony Bourdain and Michael Ruhlman made on the Cleveland episode of No Reservations? It used to be on Ruhlman's website, but it's gone now and I can't find it anywhere else either. It was delicious and easy to make.

Many thanks,
Rita

We're making both pate and cassoulet this weekend at Duckfest 2010; I'll be posting the pate recipe live as we make it at Podchef's Claddagh Farms. www.kitchen-at-camont.com

I thought they made cassoulet in that episode. Did they make a pate too? Ruhlman has a Pâté de Campagne recipe in "Charcuterie". You can find the recipe online here: http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/...

You know I was thinking about that cassoulet today. I was envisioning Tony stuffing a duck leg into his crock.

Hmm. That sounded sorta dirty. Food porn.
