A chocolatier in Santa Fe made a chocolate chile bark that I loved, with dark chocolate, New Mexico chile powder and pistachios. I'm sure you could do something similar with peanuts and cayenne. Bark is about the easiest thing in the world, too - just temper your chocolate, mix in your stuff and let it set.
