And if they dont keep it, I wonder what'll go in next. It's the opposite of a cursed space, always housing good places. Former home of Spicy and Tasty before Little Pepper, wasnt it?

Drove by 1824 College Point Ave at around 9:15. Looks still not open but at least there's an awning with the name so... eventually. Which still sounds too long to me

Such a bummer. We went to Spicy Tasty since we couldn't go to Little Pepper. Not even close although their cumin lamb was worthwhile.
