Where eould you go ???? Locanda Verde or Marc Forgione

I was trying to decide between these two place. We are a party of four thirty somethings who are planning to go on a Sunday evening. Any opinions ???

I've also been to both but only for Brunch for Locanda Verde. I found the dishes at Locanda Verde more interesting and flavorful. Though Marc Forgione is still very delicious and for the $39 sunday supper, I really don't think you can compare. The bread at Forgione is PHENOMENAL

Thank you for the input. I think I will try Forgione. I was not aware of the $39 sunday supper. It sounds like a great deal that is too hard to pass up.

I've been to both and I personally prefer Marc Forgione. I think the food is a creative take on New American cuisine. Also, on Sunday nights, they have a fantastic 3-course prix-fixe deal for around $39 (might have gone up so double-check) of pretty much their full dinner menu, with a couple of dishes coming at a supplemental cost.

On the website, they call it the Sunday Supper.

I went to Locande Verde for lunch when they first opened. Have not been back. Looking at Marc Forgione for dinner.

Any dishes not to be missed (or to avoid)?

          Thanks . . .
