Chocolate Infused Olive Oil

I went to an Olive Oil pressing facility today and they had an amazing concoction, chocolate infused olive oil. The scent is amazing and the taste is even better. It smells like a thick runny fudge you would pour over ice cream but tastes like a chocolatey butter. The company I picked it up from suggested using it in baked goodies and pouring over ice cream but I know the possibilities don't end there.

What would YOU do with chocolate olive oil? Yum!

  1. Drizzled topping for bread pudding.
    Used in place of unadulterated olive oil in pizza dough (dessert pizza) topped with fruits and nuts.
    Use in place of Cacao for Lord Voldemort cocktail

    1. Jar + spoon + me = supreme contentment.

      Aside from that, I like todao's dessert pizza suggestion.
