Baking Supply in St. Louis?

I've recently starting baking most of my bread at home, and would like to start buying yeast in bulk. I recently moved to St. Louis and I'm having trouble finding specialty shops. I would love to find both a restaurant supply store that is open to the public or some other vendor locally that I could buy 1lb packs of yeast from. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Sams or Costco has bulk yeast, as does the Restaurant Supply warehouse on Manchester (just west of Kingshighway)

You might check out The Kitchen Conservatory on Clayton Road, a block east of Brentwood.
      They have a nice website.
      Good luck. p.j.

http://www.abmf.com/contactus I am not a home baker, but I know that the headquarters for Fleischmann's Yeast is in Chesterfield, MO. You could contact them and find out about buying their product in bulk. Also, their site, Breadworld looks very robust. Good luck!
