Best desserts at a restaurant in Baltimore?

Looking for a place to go out for my birthday. I'm extremely picky about desserts, so I'm looking for which restaurant has the most delicious, most consistent desserts in Baltimore. Type of food is less relevant. I used to have a few favorite places, but they've all closed.

  1. Roy's has the very best chocolate souffle on the face of the planet. Centro Tapas bar on Light Street has the very best churros con chocolate in all of Baltimore.

    1. I love the donuts at Salt, the pine nut cake and custard rolls at Tio Pepes, and all the delicious concoctions at Meli. Happy birthday, and let us know what you pick!

      1. The homemade profiteroles at b Bistro are fantastic.

        1. Blue Hill Tavern, beyond a doubt

Second the rec. for Blue Hill Tavern! AMAZING desserts. Also a fan of Woodberry Kitchen's desserts.. I particularly like the plate of cookies, but it may not be an amazing birthday dessert.

          2. One of our favorite things to do is to get dinner one place and then go to Charleston and sit at the bar and order dessert. We are never disappointed. It's a great place for people-watching, you don't need a reservation, it keeps costs relatively under control, you have access to an amazing wine list and top notch cocktails, the service is stellar, and you usually get a tray of extra cookies/amuse bouche type mini-desserts, even when ordering one dessert to split between two people.

            1. Thanks for all the great suggestions! We ended up at Bluegrass, because I got a gift card for my birthday. I had the banana cream pie - which was amazing. The whole dinner was great, and it was just the icing on the cake.

Can't wait to try the other suggestions, thanks!
