"Out of the FIre" resto Easton, Md.

A few weeks ago we had a wonderful lunch at this resto in Easton, Md. One of us ordered the " Organic Black Bean veggie burger" and it was wonderful. Does anyone know how they do it? Perhaps someone has a favorite rendition of this I could make?
