Savoury Shortbread - Slice and Bake Recipes?

Somewhere at some point this year, I saw a selection of recipes for savoury slice and bake shortbread recipes. Of course now, I can't find them anywhere.

Any ideas?

I haven't made these yet, but I love the idea of savory biscotti:

Ina Garten's base recipe is super simple and easy to adapt to a variety of flavorings. My individual flavoring favs include: rosemary & lemon zest, fresh chopped rosemary, lavender buds, rose petals, thinly sliced orange peel and tarragon leaves, fresh ginger and sesame seeds, cocoa nips and sundried tomato. If you make a triple batch of the base dough and divide it into several batches you can flavor each one and provide a lovely variety.

All interesting ideas. When you use the rose petals, do you put anything else with them? Trying to figure out what would mesh well with them.

kk, if you crushed star anise or use 5 spice powder or red chili flakes to your base dough the cookies will result in some savory and spicy alternatives. It's fun to experiment with the base dough.

Ina Garten makes savory shortbread on her show often. Sometimes she calls them crackers...

This recipe has parmesan and thyme added to it.

On her show yesterday, she made slice and bake savory shortbread rolled in chopped walnuts.

I believe Martha Stewart has several recipes too.. maybe try a google search.

I vouch for the linked recipe. I've always been tempted to make it with blue cheese, but haven't yet. Maybe soon....
