  1. Kevin, do not hate me but try the eggplant parm at 26 Beach, it is a stacked dish with 3 layers of eggplant, marinara and cheese, very good, actually thought about heading out there tonight for it. I might go tomorrow, tomorrow they have a monday night spaghetti and meatballs meal complete for $14. That will be a tough choice.

Is the eggplant parm on the regular menu or is it usually just a special of the evening?

Good question, I think they will make it all the time. I believe it is on their oversized dinner special menu but they have an eggplant parm sandwich on their regular menu, so I do not see why they would not make it all the time.

    2. For an inexpensive eggplant parm or eggplant parm sub, I like Victor Jr.'s on Washington in Culver City.

I'm trying to remember if I've had it at Bay Cties, but almost all of their hot dishes have been good.

        1. Madeo on Beverly
          Amarone on Sunset

I would guess Guido's has an excellent one but can't vouch for it.

          1. Prizzi's on Franklin (Beachwood Canyon neighborhood) makes very good eggplant parm served in its own individual casserole dish. Bring an appetite!
