advice needed - how to make a booking at Aoyama Esaki

Hi guys
was wondering if any of you have had experience in directly making a booking yourself at Esaki? I don't speak japanese and was wondering the best way to make a booking.

Hi locpender, I called to make the reservation at Esaki in English. The staffs there can speak simple English, very friendly and I do not have a hard time understand what they are talking about. But if it is convenient and your hotel is able to make the reservation for you, it is better to do it through the hotel.
