Infusing salt?

Hi all!

I'd like to make foodie gift baskets this year as Christmas gifts, and as part of the basket, I'd like to include a variety of flavored salts. I have some pretty simple ideas in mind - citrus, herbs, that kind of thing - and I know the drill with those, but I would really love to make a batch of balsamic-infused salt, and a red-wine infused batch, too. Problem is.. I'm not sure how to go about infusing salt with the flavors from a liquid, if it's even possible in a home kitchen without specific equipment. Anyone have any thoughts?
