Need recs for Park City special occassion

The hubby and I will be in Park City for a birthday/ski vacation in a few weeks. I am looking for some recs for a birthday dinner spot - am considering The Mariposa, Chimayo and Wahso so far, but am open to others. We are flexible on price, most important criteria are quality (food and service) and ambiance since it's his birthday.
