  1. sure! the moisture level of turbinado is slightly lower than regular brown sugar, and the crystals may be larger, so just be careful with the oven temperature - you don't want to scorch it. as long as you're using a tiny bit of butter or oil you should be fine...or add drop of honey or maple syrup.
