Belated Thanksgiving dinner?

I've just returned from overseas where nary a Turkey was to be found. Any ideas for a belated Thanksgiving dinner this weekend? (Will also post in the O.B. Board.)

You'll probably be best off going to a great local Diner and just ordering a roast turkey dinner with extra sides.
