Any thoughts/reviews on Chef Jono?

I see that Jonathan McDonough is running a promotion on WagJag this weekend for his personal chef services. Has anyone engaged him for those services? I'm thinking of picking up a few of them as gifts for my photography clients (many are new parents who would love to have someone come over to cook for them).
