Korean menudo?

Does such a thing exist in Chicago? I have a friend visiting and he claims there was a show on a restaurant run by a Korean man and his Latina wife.

There's a couple now. Apparently it's a new "it" thing started in LA and moving east. Taco Chino is on Western I believe and there another one on North Clark whose name escapes me right now.

It was Urban Belly that he wanted to go to. We went and the service was the worst I have ever had. The waitstaff was rude and made us feel like they were doing US a favor by letting us eat there. It was terrible!

The only Latin-Korean fusion restaurant I know is Belly Shack. The chef is Bill Kim, and his wife is Latina (Puerto Rican?).
