I have not seen any comments or suggestions for shabu shabu or other traditional Japanese delights. I am looking for a GREAT traditional rendition, any suggestions?
Shabu Tatsu in the East Village has Japanese shabu shabu. I can't vouch for authenticity as I go there mainly for sukiyaki but the majority of the customers there do get their shabu shabu.
