I have charbroiled oysters at Drago's on my snacking list and maybe the shrimp/goat cheese crepes or fried alligator in the bar at Muriel's (still haven't checked out the Seance room and would like to).

Also, for later night, I've got tapas at Mimi's, Port O Call for burgers, peanut butter burger at Yo Mama's, tapas at Three Muses.

Maybe for your Saturday afternoon Snack #2 an ice-cold treat from Meltdown Popsicles?

Casamento's won't be open at 3:00 on Friday. But they do open again for dinner at 5:30, so you could wait until then to stop by for a couple dozen raw.

I would recommend Coquette for dinner on Saturday. We've had two spectacular meals there recently. After 4 months, the waiter recognized my mom. Service is that good, and fun. The food is divine. And we've eating at lots of other great New Orleans restaurants, but Coquette keeps distinguishing itself.
