Hors d'oeuvre

I am a Caterer and was asked about an hors d'oeuvre that consisted of pasta twirled on a fork and passed.

It sounds interesting and fun, but other than reading about Soba Noodles and chives on a fork I can find nothing more out.

I would love to try this - any suggestions would be really appreciated.

  1. Passed on a fork? Never heard of it. Intrigued, though. I've seen something maybe sort of similar, but I think the pasta was twirled (it was a Japanese rendition) and then "slid" off the fork into the bowl of a large freestanding spoon....
