always the bar for me. i can't see how i could ever tear myself away from sitting at the bar unless i'm with a really big party.

Buri belly if it is in season. I'll take it over anyone's o-toro anyday.
Hokkaido uni and Santa Barbara uni side by side for comparison.
Toro scallion hand roll so you can enjoy the quality of the seaweed that he uses for handrolls
Sayori if he has it.
Kohada and spanish mackeral if you like the oilier fishes.
Aori ika if he has it.
Torched baby barracuda. Something you don't usually find elsewhere.
You can request sushi only omakase if you're looking to lighten the bill a bit. Ask for buri belly and hokkaido uni and he'll get the hint.
