Milk Calendar
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'll toss it out anyway. Does anyone have any information on what happened to this years milk calendar that was supposed to be in todays Star and a number of other papers across the province. It wasn't in my copy of the Star, and from what I hear,
was missing from a lot of others as well.

re: monku
It's a promotional calendar put out by the Dairy Farmers of Canada. It has a bunch of recipes with milk in them -- one for each month, plus some extras.
I didn't get mine either. But (as with pretty much everything these days) you can access it online (the site even has recipes from previous years):

I called the Star - they're not sending it to everybody this year and I was one of the people "not preselected". !!!!

re: Helen
According to the Milk Calendar peeps it is supposed to be in November 20th edition of the Star.
I wonder what they would think of the Star's pre-selection campaign?

I got the Milk Calendar in my delivered copy of today's Toronto Star. If you didn't get yours, simply phone and ask the Star for it. They should cough one up for you, usually within a few hours of your complaint (on weekdays). There were a lot of extra advertising inserts in today's Star, and it's entirely possible that one insert (the calendar) didn't make it in with the other inserts.
