Gold Coast - small, but delicious??

I am going to me spending one night at a hotel on Michigan Ave. Looking for a small, but delicious place for a late dinner. Maybe a recommendation off Michigan Ave.

How late? I'd recommend Ginza (Japanese) or Bistro 110 (French). But if you're planning on eating after 10:00 pm, I'd recommend Purple Pig, which is a gastropub-type place.
