Do a search for "Tsar Nicoulai Caviar" closest to you.

Hi RC I thought of that to but deleted it since Quincy specified Russian and while Tsar Nick sounds Russian...
Tsar Nicoulai Caviar pledges to provide only the finest caviar from reliable trustworthy sources. Due to domestic and international regulations, we do not currently carry Caspian caviar such as Beluga caviar, Iranian caviar, sevruga caviar, Siberian Farmed caviar, Russian caviar and Ostera caviar.

The Wine Club has sometimes had caviar during the holidays. There's another branch in Santa Clara.

Don't know if it's the finest, but Bevmo carries pretty decent caviar (it's in a small locked fridge). Whole Foods sometimes carries caviar as well.

what about Dean & Deluca.... They have a store just south of St Helena, not sure if there are other bay area locations. Or maybe they can ship.
