Looking for THICK hand-pulled/hand-shaved Chinese noodles in Manhattan, Flushing Chinatown, or elsewhere
I used to eat thick (like pappardelle) hand-shaved noodles at the now-closed Szechuan Bistro in Seattle. Any ideas where to find these in NYC? Online, I have found lots of hand-pulled noodle shops but can't tell if they serve the thicker noodles. Any advice would be much appreciated!

any of the hand pulled noodles will do knife cut noodles if you ask them to, in chinese its called dao xiao mian (phonetically: dao shao mee en)
