Looking for THICK hand-pulled/hand-shaved Chinese noodles in Manhattan, Flushing Chinatown, or elsewhere

  • 6

I used to eat thick (like pappardelle) hand-shaved noodles at the now-closed Szechuan Bistro in Seattle. Any ideas where to find these in NYC? Online, I have found lots of hand-pulled noodle shops but can't tell if they serve the thicker noodles. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks

  1. Can't personally vouch for this place, but I think it's what you're looking for - knife-peeled noodles.

    1. Congee Village has them- Thick Sliced Noodles.

        1. How about thick knife cut noodles? The thick ones at Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles on Doyers are great. And they do have several varieties of hand pulled noodles, too.
