What rolls or bread are your baking for Thanksgiving??

If you are. I realize it's a carb-heavy meal as it is, but I'd like to serve some, especially as a delivery vehicle for all the homemade jam I have on hand. Thanks!

I make my own French bread for my stuffing, and then I am making Lahey's no-knead bread as well the morning of. Normally I make rolls too, but I'm skipping them this year - we always have WAY too much leftover and since we low-carb, it never gets eaten!

My old go-to yeast rolls in this thread:

Soft white dinner rolls from King Arthur's website. Yum.

I'm making cream biscuits from smitten kitchen- http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/12/cre... I actually just made them this morning and froze the dough- once we are carving the turkey, I will dunk in butter and bake for 15 minutes. I hope they turn out well. :)
