Béarnaise sauce

So, I have read a bunch of steak frites posts, but the thing I love about steak frites is the béarnaise sauce. On my frites and and on the steak. I like the sauce the have at the various Petit Roberts, as they have some sort of tangy item in them, and the one at Gaslight is pretty tasty. Where else would the good folks out there recommend?

I think I need to block this thread - I have a serious problem with bearnaise. In Portland Henry VIII has an amazing roast beef and bearnaise sandwich.

Oh good lord. Bearnaise is my favorite. Thanks for asking, I look forward to clogging my arteries all over town based on the responses.

If you order the steak frites at Sel de la Terre on the weekends, when they are serving brunch, it comes with a bearnaise sauce, instead of their usual red wine-shallot reduction. Quite tasty.
