      1. Went back again last night and had reservations for 8pm. The place was booming when we walked in at 7;45.The few times I have been here it's packed. We decided to have a drink at the bar and so did everyone else. That was packed too. I decided to get a mojito, they were the special of the evening. It was really one of the best mojitos that I ever had. It was huge also. When we sat down I decided to have another...whew! That's all I can say!!! We started out with the fried calamari and it was a bit chewy but not bad, it was like that the 1st time we went also. I had the papparadelle with the pork ragu again! I tell you, this is still the best pasta dish that I ever had in my life. It is real comfort food. And the portion they gave was more than adequate for 2 people and it was only $14.95. The best part was being able to eat the leftovers the next day, it tasted even better. My dining companion had the bucatini with asparagus and goat cheese, there were some other things in there also but I was too into my dish to notice! This place is Ansonia's 2nd hidden gem next to Crave. Thanks, Chris! Keep up the good work.

There is one in Woodbridge and one in Beacon Falls also but I haven't been to those locations.

Woodbridge is very intimate, warm location. I've been reluctant to try Ansonia for fear that it was super large, as it seems so from the outside. How's the noise level at Ansonia location? I've wondered about it for booking some of my boss' business dinners when we need to find something in that area.

The Ansonia location is small also and consists of several rooms but it can get noisy near the bar. When you first walk in the room to the left only has 4 tables and is much quieter.
