High-Altitude Cornbread

I don't have access to recipe books for high altitude baking and am desperate for a sure-fire cornbread recipe that I can use at 5,000 feet. Can anyone help me?

I made this Alton Brown cornbread recipe at over 7,000 feet with no adaptations and to rave reviews.

Thanks. I'm in Mexico and don't have access to canned creamed corn but can probably make do with a blender.

Did it work for you? I'm wondering if there's other gunk in the canned creamed corn that are necessary for this recipe to work. (Otherwise, I think I'll go the blender route myself next time.)
