First time in NorCal--where to eat?

Deidre7 Nov 18, 2010 11:52 PM

I am taking a short trip up the PCH from LA, ending in San Fran for a few days.

This is extremely general I realize, but what are your "must eat" spots? $-$$$, it must be about the food, service, atmosphere...the whole package! Looking for an "experience" I guess you'd say!

You're right, that's way to general. But I'll toss Aziza into the potential mix.

Thank you much! I apologize for being so vague...I simply adore food and find that one shouldn't be too picky with cuisine and most people on these boards know what an "experience" via food is :)

I will mention I am staying in the on Geary/Union Square proper fyi...excited and hopeful there are things to walk to near our hotel.
